职位要求：
1. Be proficient in Oracle 10g/11g database management and performance tuning, especially in RAC. (DBA experience > 3 year, OCP or OCM is required)
2. Rich experience in data modeling and deployment, proved in 2-3 large applications with tables amount more than 300.
3. Good understanding to the life cycle of project/software development.
4. Capability of communication and presentation.
5. Have MES or LCD industry background.
